I was born in rural Michigan and developed a love for the outdoors at a young age. I spent half my youth sleeping in a tent and hiking along more trails than I can recount, all for my love of nature and being one with the world I lived in. I'm a simple farm boy at heart, never going to college, but that doesn't mean I don't think of myself as an intellectual. It just means that I believe true intelligence comes from within and having a degree is something that you only really need to secure a 9-5 job, which is something I'd prefer to leave other people to do. I study hard to master my craft, however, and I take writing very seriously.
My interest in writing began as a teenager, but it wasn't something I pursued consistently until I was in my thirties. Once I started writing more regularly, I developed a passion for it and started publishing in 2014. That's when Twinfinity was first born and is the pinnacle story that has driven me since.

My muse hides in the basement, sitting in the dark, smoking cigars and swearing a lot. He’s an unruly chap who doesn’t like to be disturbed unless he deems it essential, which he often doesn’t. Sometimes, to hear his musings, I have to hide in the shadows, pen and paper in hand, silently writing down his ideas as he grumbles them in his sleep.
